Bill Dunkley
He has over 30 years of UK private equity investment experience. He has been heavily engaged in the British Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (BVCA)’s work with industry and government for a number of years. Bill is involved with several organisations which supports men and women who are spending or once spent time in prison . Bill has sat on over twenty commercial, not for profit, and other Boards.
Bill qualified as a Chartered Accountant at Deloitte and has BA in Economics and Law from the University of Stirling.

Elizabeth Williams
Elizabeth joined Millshaine Ltd in 2021 as Financial Controller. Prior to joining us, Elizabeth worked as a Financial Controller at Apis Partners, a private equity fund manager, focusing on financial technology companies in growth markets, and as a Management Accountant with Syntegra Capital investors.
Elizabeth is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and has a business degree from the University of National and World Economy in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Joseph Britt
Joseph joined Millshaine Ltd in November 2020 and has a dual role in supporting both the investor relations and the finance team. Joseph previously worked at PwC in the Asset & Wealth Management practice specialising in Private Equity, Real Estate and Venture Capital.
Joseph qualified as an ACA Chartered Accountant at PwC and has a BSc in Economics from the University of York.

Lorraine qualified as an ACA Chartered Accountant at Deloitte and has a M.Biochem in Molecular and Cellular Biochemistry from the University of Oxford.
